Job Summary: 

We are a startup company seeking an experienced business development manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining, developing and structuring go-to-market strategies and innovation partnerships. This candidate will support company leadership in raising VC funding and executing strategies to drive company revenue and growth. The candidate should be curious, creative, engaged, and able to work independently and in teams. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and is excited about the challenges and opportunities of working in a startup.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies that drive growth and revenue

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth

  • Research business opportunities and viable income streams

  • Identify and map business strengths and customer needs

  • Create commercial proposals for new customers and internal and external stakeholders


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration or related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in business development or related field.

  • Proven track record of success in developing new business opportunities and partnerships.

  • Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organization skills with ability to prioritize competing tasks.

  • Adaptable to a fast-paced dynamic business environment.

  • Familiarity with common software packages such as Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Interest in working in a startup environment.
